Welcome to the waiting room for anticipating moms and dads. Whether you're expecting your first or a new little brother or sister, meet other parents in this community who are also looking forward to a new addition to the family.
cause its really hard having kids that close its doable but its difficult with attention and such.
You want to give your body time to prepare.
Just keep up the usual excersize eating right and enjoying the new baby.
then in about 6 mths start trying for a new one they will be about 2 years apart that way and you can have them napping at the same time etc....
I was born Nov 8 1978
My sister Oct 22 1980
It was always up and down with our age differance. We were close as young kids always played together and did everything together. Than when I hit he "boy stage" and going out alot we fought constantly. My parents always said take your sister, i wanted some damn privacy! But when we both grew up we had the most amazing relationship! She was my best friend! Sadly I lost her in a car accident 7 yrs ago.
Now my brother is 7 yrs younger than me. I truely believe the only reason we are so close is because we both lost out sister. He was always just so much younger than me and I didnt have a "need" for him lol.
I want one more and I plan to try soon after this one. BUT I am almost 30 and my DF is almost 50 so were are running out of time.
Motherhood is awesome, but there are ups and downs, and i know moms with 2 some of them have 4 toddlers (no twins) and they are dealing with horrible stuff.
And waiting a year for your body to heal is optimal, all my doctors have told me that. And not just physically but so your more likely to handle another pregnancy your body needs the time to heal especially if you are not breast feeding (it helps your body heal faster), and also its healthier to wait a year mentally. Ive seen the struggle, and its not pretty. lol
Good luck!! and your baby girl is beautiful!
