I have known women who don't have any symptoms at all when they are pregnant. So, yes, you can feel normal, and no you are not necessarily miscarrying. When your hormone levels go up it can cause some weird symptoms. I had all the same symptoms when I first found out, except the loss of breath... which I have now! The headaches can be hormones, the cramps are totally normal (if you see blood though, call you doc. That is what they told me. I did have blood, and it ended up being nothing, but better safe right?) Lower back ache... normal, sore nipples... holy crap mine hurt so bad that sore doesn't even begin to describe :) Fatigue - totally normal, loss of appetite... all these things sound normal to me. If you have any lingering concerns though, call your doctor! That's what they are there for!! You know your body better than anyone. Good luck and CONGRATS!!!

Yes, that can be normal. There are a few cause for concerns and these would be if you have bleeding (doctors usually say if you are bleeding enough that you need a sanitary napkin), if you are having very heavy cramping that can't be controlled by lying down or taking a warm bath or some other natural remedy, or if you have rally sharp pain that seems to located in one side (could be a sign of ectopic pregnancy). In the beginning, having symptoms that come and go at first is pretty normal. You might find that as your first trimester progresses you start having symptoms on a more regular basis. Then again, you might not.

I am on pregnancy number 4. (Two live births, one living child, one miscarriage, and one child that passed away from SIDS.) I welcome those days when the symptoms aren't that strong. Those are usually the days that I try to eat and drink as much as possible. Then again, I've had hyperemesis with all of mine so any day that I feel slightly normal is a good day.

Yeah that's what it is I suppose. To be honest I really haven't accepted it yet. I guess not til I see it or hear the heartbeat to let me know it's actually in there lol. I have been feeling cramping and some pinching but on both sides. Nothing too painful. and I haven't seen any blood just a lot of lotiony discharge which I heard was pretty normal. I can't wait to go to the dr. but it will be about another month or so. I'm trying not to worry myself cause it's not good for me or the baby. But it's kinda hard right now. What are the chances of miscarriage at six weeks?

hi i am currently pregnant .i found that every day is varied in what i experienced.your hormones do very funny things to your body in the first few months.try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy.
i am suffering with blood lose but the doctor is happy i am not losing.i have a head ache most days and my breast are so sore i cant describe it.sore is putting it mildly. if you have any concerns see your doctor who will put your mind at rest.you should see your doctor anyway now you know you are pregnant so he can refer you on so you get your 12weeks can.hope all this helps.
