TryingToForget
Im about 19 weeks prengnant and for the past month or so normal tiredness has turned into extreme exaustion all day long. From the moment i wake up i cant keep my eyes open all day. My daughter is very well behaved and well mannered i know its not stress from her iv just never felt this way before and it makes it very hard to get up and do anything at all.
Has anyone eles had problems like this and what did you do?

Yes. Check your iron for one... iron deficiency will exhaust you. Do you take vitamins... if not that could be a cause too. :) I had gastric bypass 7 months ago so my stomach is malabsorptive to begin with... I barely get enough nutrients for myself and now I have a baby taking a good portion of, them leaving me exhausted. It's a struggle when you can hardly keep your eyes open but somehow we make do... lol

Also have your doctor check your hemoglobin levels as well. Your iron may be okay but your hemoglobin's aren't. I was like that about two years ago and was required to take iron for a year. I am currently waiting my test results from my last visit with my doctor to confirm or deny what my levels are because I am assuming my fatigue is from this per-existing condition.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
