I usually take Birth Control Pills and about a month ago, I missed a couple of pills which brought the onset of my period. Well, I continued taking the pills thinking that my Period would go away, but it just prolonged it. Finally after about 2 weeks, i decided that I would stop taking my pills and let my period go away then start back up. My boyfriends never "leaves it in" if you know what i mean... and the ONE time he did, was the time that I didn't take my pills. nice. Anyway, we had sex on oct. 7th. Friday morning (oct. 12th) when I woke up, I noticed my breasts were sore, sensitive and heavy. I have been having sharp pains in my breasts too and cramps. I read that these are some early symptoms. HOwever, I have taken two Prgcy tests and they both say "negative" however, i "FEEL" pregnant. Is it too early to tell? I was thinking that maybe, i'm not prg. and i'm going to start my period... but i don't know.

it could be either I guess. Are you taking any of your pills now? I don't know. I quit taking mine early and had my period then and got pregnant about two weeks after I quit taking them, but I was trying. I'm not sure, but if you don't get your period...depending on what's going on with your pills now then I would just take another test in a week

I think it is too early to test! General rule of thumb is a period approx 14 days after ovulation. Preg test usually aren't effective prior to 3 to 5 days before your missed period. You could be going to start since you quit your pills. If its not to late and you don't want a child I would make sure I used some other kind of protection for a month after I start my next round of pills. Best of luck to you, I pray things work out!

I'd agree, its a bit early to tell with tests and i think you're just going to have to wait it out. I might stop taking your pills too and avoid having sex (at least avoid unprotected sex) and see what happens. If you're still worried in a week or two, try another test, or better yet, go see your doctor as they can order a blood test which will give you a more definitive answer. Good luck :)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
