Do yall give up caffeine completely or just cut back?
I'm 16 w and the baby is doing great...I have a doppler and it seems the baby is sleeping after my coffee heart rate goes down to 140 which is what it is, when the baby is resting! WEIRD!It's probably b/c I'm up cleaning etc (rocking the baby to sleep my DR. said......and since I've been out Xmas shopping I have a reg. soda somedays too. I'm not a worrier about this kind of stuff....i'm older and drank alot of coffee/w son, all was fine. 20 yrs ago women didn't worry about these things Xten is right if you ask your grandparents what habits they had a lot of them and many also smoked.. no kids would have been born/no worries here/enjoy/pg isn't suppose to make you miserable.....the placenta weeds out most of the bad things you put in your body!
