Hey everyone!
I'm almost 9 weeks and I have absolutely NO energy at all! Working out seems like a chore and I am not interested in doing it what so ever. Does anyone have some good tips for gaining more energy and/or motivation to work out...(or even wanting to take my dog out for her walk lol).

I was the same way. Don't worry in a few more weeks your energy will come back and you'll feel more up to working out. I say take it easy until you energy is back. Your body is tired for a reason, It's hard work make a baby especially in the beginning :)

I can completely relate. I used to work out avidly five days a week, until I was too exhausted in my first trimester! I was lucky to get three days in a week. What I find works for me is to go right after work before I even head home, even if I really don't feel like going. I just take it slow if I'm not feeling up to it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
