I just came back from my 35 week appointment and everything was great with baby. I started having pelvic exams done today and my doctor told me my cervix was still soft, not dilated, and that babay was still high up in the birth canal and to expect him around my due date. I know all of this sounds great, but I really want to have my son now! Has anyone ever felt like this? I am so ready to be a mom and can't wait for my little boy to get here but the news of not being dilated at ALL crushed me! Hopefully I'll be at least 1 cm at my next appointment in two weeks. (:

I have been there and past. I went three weeks in a row being 1cm dialated they come when they want which is a foreshadowing for the rest of their child hood everything will run on kid time once they arrive :) You still have a little bit still to go

Yeah I was so done at 34 weeks of pregnancy....it gets frustrating and hard towards the end but trust me waiting to have them benefits them greatly!!! Just think you've gone this far just a little longer!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
