My meditation words today are:
"You think" and "They think"
Whether projecting these words or enduring their projection, what is their validity? Do they indicate mind-reading skills? Expert analysis? Delusional conjecture?
Just a contemplation...

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
Is it me or is it Memorex is one of mine.... Am *I* really thinking/feeling this, or is it the "habit" and "training" of my childhood? (And I show my age with that memorex reference, alas.)
Sometimes I don't trust what 'I think" or what "I think they think"... Sometimes "I think" way too much...
For me, it has a connotation of being able to, as you mentioned, read people's minds... There is no real way of knowing what someone thinks unless they express that to me...
I believe, for me, as a child I learned to "read" people... Sense them... Know where they are at... It was a matter of survival for me... Body language is a great trigger... Has always been and continues to be...
As an adult, those survival instincts still kick in and the only things
"I think they think" are fearful and negative and painful...
Like LeoX3 mentioned, memorex (I can relate to that)...
Are they old messages? Or are they truth?
Sometimes it is hard to discern... It depends on whose voice is playing in my mind at any given time...
For someone, like me, who has lived with amnesia, that could be an especially important question. Even when I had no cognitive recall of the events, the recordings leaked through constantly. So the theory goes...
Otherwise everyone would be experiencing the conflicts inside other people constantly. And no one would have an identity. Nobody could tell a convincing lie either.
I have been jumping shoes a lot lately, so I could be stuck here for a while...turning it over.

Even has the word stress in the subtitle, so it seemed appropriate.
Anyone know about it?
Still turning.
