Will be in transit next 3 days
Y'all probably won't notice any difference if things go as they usually do. However, just as a heads up, here's the deal. Every 6 months down here in retirement I have to step across the border out of Mexico and step back in to get my US passport stamped with a fresh visa. Tomorrow I fly out to Guatemala City and 2 days later on Friday I fly back in. About 60,000 of us US retirees living here in Mexico do that so we don't have to apply for permanent residency and then pay income tax in both Mexico and the USA. This way I remain a US resident legally and a tourist in Mexico legally. Mexico's government smiles upon our doing that, so it works out all around.
Having made this trip twice a year for 3 years now to the same hostel, I expect their wifi will work as usual and so there will be no interruption of participation in DSPTSD for me as Community Leader. If there is, of course, SunCloud is also available as CL if any issue arises.
Wish be bon voyage! See you tomorrow night from Guatemala!

for what it's worth
i haven't traveled much in mexico, but the long distance buses of south america are luxury personified. i have NEVER ridden in an airplane, not even in first class, as comfortable or accommodating as these buses. if i were queen of the u.s., we'd have south american managers running the mass transit systems here in the u.s.
