I continue to do the same behavior so when I ever going to learn a lesson and stop the negative behavior.
I go to a job place couple days---I am getting tired of being treated like sh*t and instead of confronting the problem or stop going I continue to go. I am not sure if I am hoping for a different result or just don't care about me. I am getting tired of the bull and I deserve to be treated better--I deserve better.
I am not sure what else to say about this.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. Where person with out PTSD can cope with office politics....I cannot.
I started making progress when I started adjusting my expectations and finding joy in smaller, more manageable steps, such as standing up for myself in a single situation, as many times as it takes to draw a new, healthier boundary.
I don't know the specifics of your job, but my own experience is that walking away from it in one setting only guarantees it will re-emerge in another. Standing my ground has always worked better for me. Every time.
