I have not felt well now off and on now for awhile and it is driving me soooo crazy. I do not handle life when I am not feeling so well. I wish I would feel better.

When I am sick, I always feel more vulnerable, especially if I have to rely on others. I try to be kind to myself, and remind myself that it's OK to be exactly where I am...and that there are better days ahead. And I usually pamper myself. hehe Coz that never hurts. :p

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
