question
Does anyone else have a very distinct feeling associated with their PTSD? It's so hard to explain, nothing else triggers it besides PTSD related stuff- it's like this weird mix of inferiority, horror, and desperation... I feel it most when not taking my meds but sometimes I experience it when I'm taking them, especially if I feel 'threatened'. A lot of people say PTSD makes them feel afraid, on edge, etc. but for me although I have felt those things there's a very particular feeling that I can distinguish from all my other feelings as PTSD. Do any of you have this?
