Idk if it is just because of the month that my dad died but this is new and it's very uncomfortable. I wake up surprised I'm alive, I have a burning in my tummy and I feel really fragile, emotionally, then it tapers off as the day continues. I feel chest pains with no thoughts associated with it other than my dad died of a heart attack. Does anyone ever go through periods like these?
