You can only do your reasonable, simple, level best to accurately answer what you will be asked.
Having been through court proceedings before I learned that not everything is under our control and justice is not always perfect.
But you are also so right when you say that you will not leave humiliated, - no matter what verdict is arrived at. You are standing up for yourself and other victims. You are demonstrating that you will never accept being victimized again. And that is huge, and that is brave, and that is wonderful. And you will always have that moral victory as part of your character for the rest of your life.
My originating perpetrator was not convicted as he should have been, but his public reputation was ruined. At first I was upset about him not being incarcerated. Now I know the most important part was that, despite getting PTSD, I am also a triumphant warrior for doing all I could to expose him. I have changed for the better. I am stronger. And you will be too - you already are.
I hope you do find your "real world" supports there too.
Your strength always shines through in what you write here, even in the hardest times. I have no doubt that whatever you say and whatever words you use, your truth will be well expressed.
It shouldn't all be put to the test so soon, but that's how it is, and you can still pass this test for your "new beginning." I believe that about you just as you said it, and I just want you to hold on to that truth for yourself, too. We'll be with you in your heart as you stand up for yourself and tell the truth in court, all of us as your witnesses, because we've been through things like that, too. You're not really alone; we're with you and you know it even if others don't see it.
Plus, now that you have geared yourself up for it once, should be easier to understand your feelings and reactions as the August date approaches.
Delay is such a common tactic - especially when they know their client is guilty.
Hugs.
I'm sure you were prepared enough already, so now the preparation would just be to be sane come August. Not let PTSD, an anxiety disorder to begin with, twist you in too many knots between now and then. Let us know how we could help you bide your time.
