I thought I got rest and relaxation yesterday, but today I slept all day, which is not like me. Too tired to get out and walk--first time in months I've missed a walk.
Have to be guest speaker at church tomorrow, and not really up to performing. Then Monday back to teaching full time. So tired.
Support welcome.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I came home and CRASHED on my couch from then until now, when I just woke up to do my DS PTSD volunteering tonight. Again, no walk for me today either, and I know for sure missing a walk a day two days in a row hasn't happened all pandemic year for me.
And tomorrow I have to get back to my full time job in the morning. Argh. I'm really happy that I only have 33 days left until I retire from 40 years of teaching. However, it's clear to me that I have to retire early at age 62 because I can't muster the energy to make it to age 65 with kidney disease. I'll be staggering across the finish line in 33 days to retire early at age 62 without going on disability. I'm so tired tonight right now that it literally hurts.
I am glad you got your walk in, and hopefully a repeat today. It's good to put yourself in the schedule. I have to remember that myself. too. I feel like I have been running from one thing to the next ...until I fall exhausted and my body says to. New pencils and sketch books to work with have arrived.
