I thought I got rest and relaxation yesterday, but today I slept all day, which is not like me. Too tired to get out and walk--first time in months I've missed a walk.
Have to be guest speaker at church tomorrow, and not really up to performing. Then Monday back to teaching full time. So tired.

I seriously do not see how things coukd ever get better. Its one thing after the other. Now, instead of just dealing with god awful pain and mixed states all the time, i was told i likely have serotonin storm thanks to painkillers.
