I wanted to write this yesterday morning but all i could do was huttle on the couch with an awfull head ache that still hanging in today. I thought the frighting dreams were over after the therapy and the EMDR but i guess im not letting go of some suppressed memories that still are tucked away some where. This time some one came into the bedroom and threw the blanket over my head and was suffocating me till i woke up pleading no and gasping for air.I was to afraid to go back to sleep and thats probably where the head ache came from. I want to phone my therapist but i d\ont know if our insurance will pay for seeing her again and feel embarrised that this is still happening. Ive also felt like i dont know where else to go in my life. Its like a wall thats been thown in front of me. Im going back to my corner on the couch for now because its safe and comforting till my wife comes home.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I thought the same as looney1 because my husband wakes up like that sometimes from a nightmare kind of gasping. They did do a sleep study on him and didn't find he needed any meds for it, but the DR said he haid a sleep apnea before the testing. Since you hurt your rib that could also be a big part of it. I suffer from migraines and lack of sleep definitely worsens my headaches. I hope you are able to sleep and maybe if you are able you can try sleepin almost in a sitting position. Recliner if you have it. It seems to help my husband on the nights he keeps waking up. Take care of yourself.
