Such poignant words. When I read this it reminds me to choose my words and actions more wisely. Thanks, rose.

I know, rose, my biggest challenge in coping in PTSD recovery is that things don't stop, they're chronic, they move forward and I've got to pace myself for the long haul.

Muji, I am the same way. I become overwhelmed quickly and it drains me physically. That is why my doctors are very concerned about me.

I know, rose. That's why it's so cool that you make yourself available for us to support you here along with your doctors. Sending you today's support supply, my friend.

Thanks Muji, It has been crazy lately. I have been having more appointments than normal and yesterday i had a camera put through my nose to my throat to see my vocal box. Now i have speech therapy for my voice.

HEre's some support today for your speech therapy, rose. When I was a hospital chaplain on a neurosurgical unit we had patients who had to learn to speak again after surviving a stroke. It's a lot of work.

Thanks, cool. I start at the end of this month. BUT i came home with homework. And yesterday I was sent home with vision exercises. I am all exercises out, lol but I am trying to coordinate because while i do exercise at times i have hand exercises and now both voice and vision exercises to do. which is less than half of the things i need to do.
