 hi guys


First I need y'all too know that I'm in the ER. I'm going to be admitted to a psych hospital. I'm here to get medically cleared. My therapist drove me to the ER in the middle of our session. He finally took me seriously. I'm so tired and scared. Scared of myself and my alters. 


I can't think of much else to say right now. I'm sorry y'all! Please pray and send good vibes. 


I just want to die!

Your strength reminds us all to know our limits and reach out to others for help! I find this day of April 19th A.P.M. Memorial marathon, here in Oklahoma is a difficult day; being a victim and having leg surgeries all these years I have never been able to participate in the walk for remebereance.
I know at the weakest moments it is best to not be alone and like you; know when to ask for help!
Like you I hope we both can embrace living and loving one'self from now on o.k.?

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
