Therapist graduated me

she thinks I'm better... feel lost and alone, even though i can still make an appointment if I want....



the dance group is going well. I freaked out yesterday though- a letter came from the State Dept. of Consumer Complaints; I trembled before opening it, thinking it had something to do with my complaint against my ex dance teacher last year- but it was about a sleep medication settlement that has nothing to do with me!

No congratulations from me, ds. I still feel lost and abandoned every time I think about the times I have been therapeutically "Graduated." My first post-graduation psychotic breaks were the stuff of living nightmares. My last graduation was in one of the early 2k years. Dare I hope this one will be as happy as advertised? Some days I think it might be.

But that is me. . .

Hope your graduation is better than mine have been.
