Life has me used to good, bad, bad, bad, good, BAD and worse...............A rollercoaster....Hard to keep the ups steady.Hard to even accept them....
Hope you can keep it again.
Today on the way to town I had a major incident. Won't describe it so no one is triggered and no one needs to validate that I had a right to be triggered. It happened and I went into major reaction mode.
What is so hard, is that I can tell I am upset but what I do during the upset doesn't feel like over reacting. I don't realize it until much later and have to deal with all the returned phone calls and the confused and angry reactions of those that I have treated rudely because of it.
To my credit, I didn't let it stop everything in my day. I kept going and didn't yell when I got PTSD anger flares when I so felt justified to have a fit. I wrote the incident down on a piece of paper finally and put it in the basket that I keep at the foot of a cross.
These episodes exhaust me. I do see the PTSD lady on Monday. The incident was real for sure. The possible danger was real...potentially life threatening. Was it connected to all the things that my paranoia wants to connect with it? Probably not. Has it eaten an entire day of my life. Yes, I suffer from PTSD. Now I have a headache. thpppt
