In this roller coaster ride of mine living with CKD from a bad pdoc's over prescription of PTSD meds to me, fortunately there aren't just downs, there are ups, too. Today was one of them. I had a great day and got out to walk 1..39 km Thanks to everyone who supported me through the bad so I could enjoy the good. I'm so glad to have such goodness to share. :-)

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
