Hello All, just checking in hope all is well if everyone and feeling the light and the love. If I sound to cliche and sunshiny the dosage on meds were increased (lol) was sinking pretty fast into that oh so familiar dark place. However, I am so glad it's lifted me up! So today I will walk in light and love to the best of the capability I have now. So much going on, with the whole country unglued this is so unreal! My heart goes to the family of George Floyd and I completely feel and understand the anger and frustration of the people. Enough! I also know how I can be triggered by events of this magnatude so I am doing my best to keep busy and to keep thinking of the energy of the light of God. That's where I am today anyone care to share their current mood etc...

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

Love and light sounds good to me..... Big hug.....xo
Hugs from me, too.
Being home sick I had time to watch the news about the George Floyd tragedy you mentioned and its repercussions across the country. My heart goes out to his family, too.
TRIGGER WARNING
One of the reasons I'm here is that I was tortured by South American police when I was a 15 year old missionary kid. In my case the officer didn't have his knee on my neck, he ended his session with me on my knees in the street and his gun jammed twice when he pulled the trigger on me once and again. I don't know why he just gave up and didn't get another gun from his soldiers under his command standing there watching, but thank God he didn't.
So I use that memory to imagine what George Floyd must have felt there at the end when he realized the officer wasn't going to stop. It's a very bad feeling to reach that point under an officer's control when the officer is actually out of control, at least it was for me. He's not the first. My heart goes out like yours does to his family and the families of all others before him. It was good of you to say something, I really appreciate it.
With so much going on those of us who have this at times debilitating illness it can become very difficult for us to just navigate through our day! My pledge to myself today is to remain positive and continue to have hope with a priority to always trust God. Keep on pushing!...see what I did there? that's the song from the Impressions back in the day and I think I will go listen to that right now! LOL! I hope all of us are filled with joy today!!! Stay in the light everybody!!!
