Today I am Pissed. I hate all the Hoops You have to jump through just to get Help. My Mom & I were trying to get Help on different things Like Food & Medical ( through the Gov. ). I hate all the paper work then You can 't go in the office to talk to someone in Person if You go somewhere and use a Computer to fill out Paper work.

I am My moms' Caregiver & I have ptsd plus on top of that My own Health Issues. I did apply for Disability & was denied twice. Went to Court and Denied again. I am sick and tired of all the Bull---- that You have to go through.

I gave up on getting My Disability. I am trying so Hard to get Better but this just stresses Me Out. Thanks for Read. I am sorry if this Stressed You out also.

Hope the venting helped. Venting is the only help I have found with it.

No doubt this is a serious stressor. Public assistance is a full-time job that doesn't pay especially well.

You have a lot on your plate. You need to find an outlet. Are you able to expercise? Have you tried keeping a journal? Try deep breathing or relaxing music? Make sure you do something nice for yourself everyday. Get enough sleep every night. Eat right.

I AM ALSO ON DISABILITY. I WANT TO SAY THAT I FEEL FOR ALL YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH. AS FOR YOUR DISABILITY, HAVE YOU CONSULTED A LAWYER ON THIS? MY STATE HAVE FREE LAWYERS WHO SPECIALIZE IN JUST THIS KIND OF THING. I WOULD TRY THE YELLOW PAGES OR TRY ''LAW PROJECTS''-THESE ARE ALL FREE LAWYERS. THEY ALWAYS GET YOU THE DISABILITY. HAVE YOU CALLED ANY MENTAL HEALTH SOCIETY, OR 211 , SELF-HELP-CLEARINGHOUSE? CONSULT THE FRONT PAGES OF YOUR PHONE BOOK. IF I CAN HELP YOU FURTHER I WILL WRITE YOU BACK. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS. CALLING A CONGRESSMAN MIGHT HELP FOR YOUR DISTRICT. GO TO TH E TOP, ALWAYS. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR DISABILITY. GO TO ANY CHURCH AND INQUIRE, PREFERABLY A CATHOLIC ONE, FOR ADVICE AND OR MONEY.
