Still adjusting but there's feedback...

I've been adjusting to living out of the closet for the first time about PTSD at my job teaching at a community college. I'm teaching a psychology class, to it's relevant.
It's been a hard adjustment for me, and I got really tired last week. I asked for strength from you and got it. I slept for 15 hours Friday night to Saturday then and got some rest to start another week with it.
There will be more challenges ahead in this adjustment, but I got an email from a student today that was positive feedback. I thought I'd share it to share my thanks to all. It's about the book we're reading on how to process grief re child loss. We do our unit directly on PTSD later on in the semester.

Dear Professor,
I felt like I should share this story to you. I am at work right now, at XXXXX, and I had a customer come in and she saw me reading my Silent Grief book. When I started to take her order, she has tears in her eyes. I asked her if she was alright and she began to sob and say, "I miscarried my baby girl a month ago. Her name was XXXX. My grief counselor that the hospital sent me to had me read the book that you were just reading."
I told her how sorry I was to hear about her loss and I pulled up a chair to talk to her for a bit and told her about your death and dying class and how helpful it is. We sat and talked. I gave her a hug when she left and explained to her how I've never been through something like this before personally, but glad that I could sit and talk with her to comfort her.
See you in class Tuesday,

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
May the stitches reach all the way to the holes in the ozone layer. We can do this, one healing stitch at a time. Keep your needles of care and threads of share handy. You never know when the next stitch opportunity will present.
Thanks for the share, muji.
