This morning finds me wondering how much of my social anxiety is grown from self-defined stigma. When I am in isolation mode, I frequently pass on social interactions because, "They are just ______." I have a lengthy list of summaries to fill in that blank.
Is that stigma?

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

All the thought I can muster, alas.
Negative automatic thinking..... sigh..... Big squishy hugs.....xo
The ones I am contemplating today are the ones I use to isolate myself. Like not feeling comfortable with stodgy old bachelors because they are all ______. Or neurotic old blue hairs because they are all ______. Or _____ Or _____ Or _____

But that is me. . . Repression works for some.
but then, you decide - i decided to knock it off. big mistake sometimes. w/that dr. i did. just the sharing of the notes - at the request of my pdoc who knows this neuro.
it was a mistake just the same. he's treating me - was treating me badly because he supposed he can. due to the ptsd dx.

I.F. so. . . I wonder if getting to those roots is why Nature keeps sending me those horrid flashbacks, et al. Ya gots to move some dirt to weed the garden?

Also I Relate Alot To Asking For Help And Being Turned Away, It Is A Very Painful Thing To Experience, To Be Sneered At Is Appalling. I Hope That Person is In Your Position One Day And sneered At So He Knows What It Feels Like, Maybe The Shame And Guilt In That Moment Will Change His Attitude To Others
