I went down to the store a couple of days ago and got my little girls age appropriate toys for them to play with and now my 13 year old is making fun of me. I know he doesn't quite understand DID or PTSD but really??? Does he have to make fun of me???? I foolishly thought that I would be safe enough behind my own walls to reveal this timy truth to my family after hiding it for so many years. I didn't mean to let it slip to him. I never make fun of him for his short comings. So why is he making fun of me for being so hurt? So broken? You know, for the first time in a really long time I wish I was dead.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

I know you're hurting... and I'm sorry that you are ... I think he's hurting a lot as well.... Anger isn't a primary emotion... it's secondary... in other words something has caused this anger... frustration or fear.....
I would try and get him into some therapy if this is ongoing and I wouldn't discuss adult issues with him at this point in his life... He doesn't understand them and would feel helpless IMHO... xo
I understand what you're saying, I really do. Talk to the therapists. And PM me anytime (sometimes it takes a while for me to respond...but it doesn't mean that I don't care...I just have outside demands on my life). I've been through behavioral issues with my son, few people understand. Hugs, Patti
