Between my cat, my neighbors and my three year old, I feel like I slept about eight minutes. Usually my meds knock me out but not last night. This is not going to be an easy day.

I got zero sleep this past weekend between Friday overnight into Saturday morning. Insomnia's my biggest PTSD symptom still after all these years. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist this afternoon to renew my Prazosin prescription, that should help.

It was my longest day of my weekly teaching schedule and I'm finding teaching 100% live streaming from home to be harder than it was on campus with support staff, so I am off to bed for tomorrow's next round. I hope I can make up the insomnia of the past few nights so I can work well tomorrow.
