Sick alone but neighbor brought food-seek support

My Chronic Kidney Disease from PTSD meds was back today. I suffered alone all day until my Mexican neighbors looked in on me.


They saw the bad shape I was in and brought me some food, bless their hearts.


They said they'd look in on me again tomorrow. It's nice to have such good neighbors here in Mexico.

Yeah, the neighbors helped me again today and so I convalesced watching NFL games and hope to again tomorrow. It helped. I had pain half of the day but less in the p.m.

Same today as yesterday. My neighbor came first thing this a.m. to bring me a jug of purified drinking water. We don't drink from the tap here in Mexico. So nice how they care for me.

JP, thanks for remembering my amiga. It's my amiga and her entire extended familia here in the neighborhood who are caring for me. In addition for caring for me herself, her son shows up, her daughter shows up even her mom and her brother. I'm CARED FOR, whew!. It's really nice.

Ow, CKD pain didn't let me up all day. My Mexican neighbor family came to me and stayed all day, though. I did hurt all day but struggling with chronic pain, both CKD's and PTSD, goes much better with support, something we all know here at DSPTSD.

Yeah Muji we do. It is nice to have supportive people around that understand. It is also nice to have family whether self built or biological to help us get through. That could even include your Mexican neighbors? It's good to see you here but I'm sorry you've been suffering so. Hang in there my friend and know we are all here for you.

Yeah, Presh, I came down from the US to Mexico to afford the retirement my CKD forced on me and I knew no one.

Lo and behold these Mexican neighbors care for me like family. Go figure. : -)

I even got out of the apartment into the sunshine today for 20 minutes! Yay!
