Happy dance! I finally received the results of the investigation into my sexual harassment claim at work.  As a survivor of child sexual abuse and rape, my biggest fear was they wouldn’t believe me, and he would get away with it.  In the report, he denied everything and suggested my psychiatric problems were likely the source of the problem.  They interviewed my abusive ex-husband as a witness to one incident.  He of course committed multiple times about my mental health issues and suggested that was the bigger problem.  Of course, he also indicated that he witnessed one of the claims.  He also admitted that the guy had talked to him about the last claim of touching me on the upper thigh.  Dummy helped me out there! Ha!  The summary of the report was that my claims were true and were supported by more than substantial evidence.  They also recommended further investigation into a discriminatory work environment.  I can’t say how wonderful it feels to be believed!!!
