Seeking support for frightful PTSD pain

I got 6.5km walked today but I was in intense neuropathy pain from chronic kidney disease from PTSD meds, the kind of pain you pass out from.  I've collapsed 5 times in the last decade resulting each time in ambulance & hospital, so it scared me to be alone in my Mexican city downtown where I've retired since May in such bad shape tonight.  I made it home, but I hope this pain stops.  I'm frightened.  Support welcome.

*puma purrs*... I'm told some frequencies of purr are considered healing. I hope they help. Imagine a big old puma as your purring leg-rest at the proper high and low frequencies simultaneously....

in similar circumstances in ecuador, i don't know which was more frightening: being alone and sick in a strange land or the first serious reality check on a dream i'd worked so hard to achieve.

6.5km is a major achievement to walk. You always keep getting back up Muji. Sometimes I train or exercise when my body says no so I’m still learning to get in touch with that. I’m rooting for you my friend

Thanks, everybody, the pain was the same today but my fear is gone because you stood by me here in support. You are wonderful friends who really make a difference. And I got 6.2km walked today, too! :-)

Thanks, that's good advice, rose. I walked around downtown tonight for 6.1km, but I think there was too much traffic for an old guy like me to navigate and I'll stick closer to home tomorrow.

I got to walking earlier today after the lessons of walking so late last night. I did stick closer to home this time. It’s 3:30pm and I’ve already got 4.1km of my 6km goal walked now.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
