My anxiety continues high. Super sucky feel, both literally and figuratively. Staying calm in the waves of despair and futility remains harder than hard. Resisting the anxious certainty that something dreadful is in progress is even harder. Not spending vast reserves of energy on analyzing ^it^ is harder, still. Answers and proof are *out there*. Gots to find them!!! If I can't *find* them, I'll create them!! Never mind how many times my forced solutions have resulted in even more complex disaster than I started with. Gots to do SOMETHING! Anything to get out of the way of the next anxiety wave. Bullshit to the notion of accepting that which I cannot change. It's ALL changeable!
Somewhere around the end of my formal therapy (2K), I started wearing a rosary wrapped around my wrist during periods of intense symptoms. The dangly part of it gets in the way of everything at the least expected of moments. Kinda like my psych symptoms. When it gets in the way during a calm moment, it reminds me to celebrate the moment of calm. During the intense moments, it reminds me to be extra gentle with myself.
Thoughts and reality checks welcome. Am I making sense?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
I'm sorry your anxiety has been bad lately, I hope it gets easier & lighter soon. Here for you in the meantime

My anxiety started targeting hubs this morning as anger. Our 37th anniversary is 4 days away and it finds me in chump dumping mode. Feels like life would be much simpler outside of his well-trophied, ever busy shadow.
Dangle, dangle. . . Sorting. . . Seems like I am not at my most rational an either end of an anxiety wave.
