I take great comfort from believing in magic. I often attach to various doodads I find along my way and weave intricate fantasies about their magical lives. Tin frogs lost from an old windchime find their way into my pocket and I pass anxious hours endowing them with the power to change traffic lights and tend the karmic debt of the jerk who cut in line in front of me. They can slay nightmares with their innocent guile.
Big screen magic, it ain't, but it relaxes me enough that I wonder if I could call it, "Healing Magic."
Don't mind me. Still waiting and bored enough to get stupid. . .

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Love the "Sanity Magic." It fits!
~~~~you want to make Patti chocolate chip cookies and send them to her~~~~
Did the chocolate chip cookies arrive safely, Patti?
Enjoy the Mayan magic, Muji. My favorite thing about the South and Central American magics is that I get to discuss them in my second language where my habitual reactions are far less ingrained. Certainty unavailable, but I often believe Quetzalcoatl has been haunting me for most of my life. S/he uses a sensory language.
