Partners Son-COVID-like symptoms

My partner's 12 year old son has COVID-like symptoms, so I've gotta be off of DSPTSD tomorrow.  Talk to y'all Thursday.  Support welcome.

covid and allergies have nearly identical symptoms for most, especially in the under 60 crowd. hope ^it^ passes quickly.

Yeah, new partner down here in Mexico and this was a new test for us all. We were concerned because his classroom elementary school teacher is out with COVID-19 right now. We took him to the doctor and ran some tests, and it turned out to be anemia. Thank God. More red meat in his diet and we're good.

My new partner was really blown away by the support she got from y'all here. Thanks for caring like you do!

personally, i'd rather field a virus than diet changes. one is a bug that passes. the other is a bug that is built out of old habits. old habits have a MUCH longer lifespan than any virus.

good luck with the new partner and family. don't forget to customize. one day at a time.

    Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it.  Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
