Panicking for a silly reason

I made a mistake when I wrote my therapy appointment down. It was today and I thought it was tomorrow. He called my cell while I was driving home and I had it on silent. He left a message asking me to call him back and I did about 20 minutes later (when I discovered the message. Of course I got his voice mail and it has now been an hour and he hasn't called me back.
I make and keep appointments and handle referrals plus meetings and crisis for over 30 people and I have trouble with my own appointments. I feel bad and I get anxious between appointments as it is.
He had time to call me before his next appointment. I don't know...maybe he went out to get dinner or something came up.
I feel stupid on so many levels right now. I mean really...wtf??? I am I addicted to therapy ???
I hope he isn't angry about this. I haven't missed any before. I have came close but always caught the mistake.

Upon his departure, he remarked, "I am in many people’s pockets; no one will believe you." Have you ever grappled with the silence that follows sexual assault, where the perceived impossibility of being believed necessitates self-censorship?

It was more me causing myself problems. I am not a good phone talker so I didn't elaborate on the feelings I was having.
I guess I can try to learn something about myself from this.
I am embarrassed that I was so anxious and even more embarrassed I told him I was anxious.
