Despite all, I got to visit friends in Minneapolis! I got not just out of the house but out of TOWN! It was for 3 nights. I visited a couple I've been friends with since 1979. My friends know about my health issue--she is a nurse, in fact. So I wasn't pushed too hard, but we did get out and have fun on a boat ride on the river and teaching me to ride a Segway.
It was awesome. We took tons and tons and tons of pictures. I'll never forget it.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.
