Hey, y'all, at a restaurant last night here in my new Mexican retirement home town I ate a grilled fish dinner that had gone bad.  I've been running at both ends all last night and all day today from it, and in between I've slept 10 hours all night and 9 hours all day.  I couldn't reply to posts and messages here at DS PTSD with all of that going on.  But it'll pass through me and I'll get my strength back from feeling weak as a kitten by tomorrow, hopefully.  See you then and meanwhile support welcome.
