Not sure how off topic loneliness is. Nothing triggers my symptoms meaner than feeling lonesome. Stress might be tied for first place, but not even stress can beat loneliness for triggering symptoms. Since the people I wish I was loving are a 14 hour drive away, been singing lonesome songs. Singing those long, mournful tones helps me find the tears which let me massage the ache forsaking my songs. For me, it is important to sing those tones myself. The mournful tones moving through my strictly personal respiratory are what massage the physical ache.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.
