I am sitting here completely numb and alone. I just want to cry and I cant. I dont even know why. Well I guess I do. My kids are selfish and treating me badly because I dont do what they want. I have no friends to hang with just me and my mind. I feel like I am tired of healing progress does not feel really good. I have a class tonight for PTSD and at this point I dont kbow if I can make it out of the house let alone drive there.....This sucks. I dont want to do this anymore.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

youi have encouraged me much through some of the hardest days I have had in the last few months. You are a good person. If your kids can't see that, then they are losing out. I am sorry you are so alone. Take it one day at a time. Thankd God there are only 24 hrs in a day. (I do on some days.) I pray you feel better and thanks for being a good friend and encourager to me. :)
When we feel alone, and our kids are being their usual selfish selves, it is up to us to remember that the kids are comfortable, we might not be, and we can help ourselves by treating our selves special, as an individual.
When I stop and take a moment for me, I think of things I do as an individual, not a mom, not a partner, and it helps me to feel more in control of where I am at.
Hope you are doing better now.
