I know how it feels to be cooped up and isolated because, for whatever reason, the body isn't able to take activity. I've been that way for a decade. Even posting on DS often has to be brief for me. It's been very rough to be this ill for this long, but I can say coming here makes everything start to become much more bearable, even joyous. Sending you sunshine from the west coast to warm you today, and some parakeet chirps from our spunky, little budgies.
