Now I don't hear the neighbors dog barking. I don't hear my daughter rattling around. No sudden noises to make me jump.

I know a few of you have posted suggestions before but feel free to post them again here.

I am looking for stuff to help me sleep. I am afraid of the water so water sounds aren't relaxing for me.

Hmmm...maybe we should have a spot where we can list our favorite relaxation/meditation/sleepy time sounds....

i use lavender pillow spray every night that came from bath and body works. have also used the matching body wash, bubble bath and lotion. it seemed to help to take a bath with that lavender before bedtime. studies show that the cooling off of the body after getting out of the water sends a message that it is time for bed and helps with sleep. and lavender is well known for aiding in relaxation.

.......ok....I feel like a fool .
......How do you know the http:// this and how to write it out? I just only listen to YouTube constantly, but saved playlists I custom made. Where do you find ? .....green- ? http:// ?

...............Sometimes -if- I do it in my bed/relax my body/I do go to sleep. There are tons of meditation - even teach you how to medit.

saved me mind wise many nights. Because I hear that instead of -
all noises I hear (others in other apartments) and the street also.
