I feel like I've been triggered recently and was just looking for an online support group. The last time I was on one was probably 15 years ago and it was so helpful in getting me through my day. The online world has changed so much since.

Zen, you are on target. It is a place to give and get support. Sometimes people just need to rant, and that's fine too. It is a sharing and caring place where we can communicate with others who have been on the PTSD roller coaster. Hard for those who haven't to really understand us. Hugs.
