I went out on friday afternoon to do some errands---I fell on a mud patch. I did not see the mud patch and went down. I was pissed cause I was not paying attention and I was sooo dirty afterwards. Now I am sooo sore since then and today I am having a hard time moving. I have changed my plans and having a hard time staying home to take care of myself even though it is important to do.

I hope you'll be ok! Do you think you just have sore muscles or something? Didn't hit your head did you? Well, sometimes we don't pay attention - I was one Saturday with my Mom in a Large Dept. store and They were mopping!!! In mid morning - it wasn't raining out so I'm not sure WHY they were mopping but there wasn't a wet sign anywhere, and I fell. That was over 18-19 years ago but I think I have back and leg pain from it still. I did not go to the hospital, should have but I felt fine and there was a HUGH sale! I'm hoping you feel better and didn't do any serious injury. Peace, feather

It could have been worse. Two weeks ago, I wasn't paying attention, ran through a red ligt and slammed into a car.
