I saved my liver by going ot an ER when I turned a little yellow (jaundiced) and I didn't even feel bad. I just knew yellow wasn't good, and they were able to figure out the cause, get me a referral to the right doc, and I'm still here (with my liver).
If it were me, I'd deal with the whole "being perturbed thing" AFTER I got back from the ER.
Just my $0.02. Your mileage may vary ... and all that other stuff.
I myself am taking natural supplements, but even those I really have to watch.
Just scratched one supplement off my daily intake to see if symptoms improve, because I noticed negative physical and mental changes. Not good, the only thing about these natural supplements is the fact that they are not as strong and invasive to the system than regular drugs. But there are risks with everything, and I always get very mad when I miss a symptom or do not uncover it in time.
Anything that hurts someone's health will be seen as a negative of course. But I believe that PTSD patients are in worse shape, because PTSD is caused by something that forced us to give away control. Now every time I notice something that does not allow me to control my health to the optimal levels I get very mad. It occurred to me that PTSD could be the culprit for me getting so mad.
