If you feel like you are not strong enough to keep going allow those who love you and care about you to be your strength until you are able to regain yours.
You don't have to do this by yourself, you have friends here to help you and who also need you for the support you give to others as well.
You never know how many people you have encouraged to not give up too.
You are needed in this world more than you think

Of course, wouldn't it be great to get out of this quicksand altogether? Oh, yeah. One can dream.
Sending you support to float, my friend.
My goal today is to try to not give up
The past few months I’ve been watching YouTube stations of Dr Gregg Braden and Dr. Joe Dispenza, guided meditation channels to calm my mind. These help. Dr. Michael Beckwith has a nondenominational spiritual channel called Agape Live. All these guys do online courses too, many for free . New information to move into better brain waves.
Also I recommend knowing your Myers Briggs temperament…helped me get a grip on being introverted. Also learning of being a highly sensitive person as most PTSD people. We are very hyper vigilant people and that’s ok. Learning to self care and be positive to my own internal self talk. Self parenting is good too.
Be the parent to your younger self that was hurt… I’m trying anything to re educate my life coping skills. Go towards what others have found positive.
Lastly, I do tapping…channels on YouTube too, to release pain-physical and emotional. Do something everyday to keep myself as hopeful as possible. Sometimes all I can do is listen to Positive Energy Relaxation Music on YouTube…it can calm down the nerves. Blessings 2you!
I was broken to the core and A friend of mine looked at me and said :
I have three words for you :
NEVER Give Up !
It's ok to be broken ,and fall down ....
It's the getting up that's important !
We all get up and try again...
