Amigos, just a heads up that day after tomorrow, Tues Nov 16, a Guatemalan friend's taking me home with him from where I've retired in Mexico until Nov 26 so if my logging on to DS is spotty for 10 days it's fun going on, not a problem.  I've let our other Community Leader SunCloud know so we'll have y'all covered.  --Muji

It was a 12 hour day traveling in a van a cross Guatemala but the landscape was lovely and my Guatemalan traveling companion Mauricio is a great match. Problem? I lost my laptop charger so I am logging in with Mauricio's cell,. I am a great typist but I suck at texting with my thumbs so I will sugn off now and cu tomorrow.

Today I ran out of steam on my cane to keep up with my tour group. I had to sit down and put my cane aside in a Guatemalan bar while the tour went in to look at more centuries old Catholic Churches. Once again I’m checking in from an iPhone I can barely handle, not from my trusty laptop. My young friend Mauricio is coaching me on using this cell for this but I have to let him eat his lunch so I’ll check in again tomorrow. Stay well, y’all.

I’m in Chichicastenango, Guatema now. Since I hobble on a cane I’m passing on the walking tour. I’m at a café with wifi so I can check in. Thinking of you all and sending healing vibes of support to all y’all every day.

You’re welcome, amiga. Weird fun in Guatemala today. I went to Hobbitenango, a Tolkien theme park in Central America. Don’t ask me why it’s here and not in England. But it was fun!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
