My anxiety is raging rite now, I don’t know how to turn it down at all. I have a lot of legitimate concerns rite now & going on but in my mind somewhere logically I think that either way it can’t be good for me to be this stressed & clenched but I can’t translate that to the part of me that’s feeling so anxiety ridden & scared :(
I don’t know if that makes sense but it’s exactly what I’m going through
just trying to breathe again ......

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

What you said helps give me some hope

I have a bunch of doctors appointments coming up in the next couple months for all my dx’s. I haven’t seen them in a while cause the Covid.
& my one doctor is on maternity leave. But if things get worse I’m gonna try to call them before
I’m gonna try the deep breathing, sometimes I think I’m holding my breath in & don’t realize it
