Lots Death In Family Today-Support Welcome

Today my Mexican caregiver's mother in law died of cancer, while my Mexican caregiver's grandfather turned yellow from terminal liver failure and is on a deathwatch.
Also today my closest friend of 39 years who came with me to Mexico in the first place texted me from the USA that his wife suddenly found out yesterday that she has a brain tumor. He asked for my support out of our friendship, of course, but also because he knows that during my hospital career I served on a cancer unit as well as a brain surgery unit, too.
My best buddy's wife had her brain surgery today and came through it fine, but it turned out that the tumor couldn't be cut out completely. Now she has to do extra chemo and radiation therapy post-op.
It's been a heavy day. Suddenly today in my life there's a funeral upcoming, a deathwatch ongoing, and a best friend contemplating the possibility of becoming a widower, so your support's appreciated. I'll be updating tomorrow and sharing support then. Be well, y'all.

I could of died. He still left. I couldn't advocate for myself. I'm struggling taking care of myself. I really don't have anyone or anyone willing to help. Just help. Not fix. Somehow even this is something that...
