Lots CKD pain from PTSD meds

Yesterday I had one of the worst Chronic Kidney Disease neuropathy pain days I've had in the 10 years since a bad psychiatrist overdosed me with Seroquel for my PTSD nightmares.  I was in so much pain I had to go back home in the middle of the day, and I was disoriented and distracted even there. 


CKD pain is general pain all over the body because nerves are being starved of oxygen when the kidneys do not supply them with enough from its functioning.  The cruel fact when CKD neuropathy pain hits is that because most pain meds go through the kidneys, I can't take them, not even so much as an aspirin. 


It was horrible pain yesterday, it really was.  I just wanted to die, it was so bad--not literally, of course, but you know what I mean.

Thanks, y'all. That day was a bear to get through. I'm so grateful for your support for me to get through it. It's true what arfie said, that the same tool kit that works for our anxiety works for chronic pain. That's true of how the same support that works for the one works for the other, too. I felt much more pain free yesterday. It's a mystery why CKD hurts some days and other days it doesn't, but when it doesn't I'll take it!

It's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack! I got up this morning and the good old CKD pain I described above was back in abundance. It's gonna be one of those days. Lots of support welcome, y'all! Thanks to all ahead of time.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
