Anyone else here suffer electric light triggers? Sure need someone to talk to about it.
Shadows and lights are inexorably and literally linked. Lately I have been wondering if I am triggering on the shadows even more than the glare. When a full moon alters the never changing glare of local security, I find myself deeply disturbed by the shifting shadows.

To this day I react to light lovers as baby rapers. Can't seem to get past it. I can barely hold myself still for a single light/dark metaphor.
When I hid from him in the fields, I would track him by the shadows of his flashlight. Outside, in the dark, was my greater safety.
Do you help keep your light triggering at bay by having a low-light environ at home when the sun is down? How are you w/ day light? Am just curious, since your light triggering seems an entrenched challenge for you, ...Not really any of my business, but insight often comes from hearing how others deal w/ their very different triggers.
The low light environ is the best solution I have found. Dear God, I miss the starlight!
I love the sunlight. Sure there squinting conditions with sunlight, but instinct alone warns me of its hotspots.
Electric lights are random eye jabs. Even more unpredictable than my light loving Papa.
