I hate the racing of my mind, and the racing of my heart. Sometimes the onslaught of emotions feel overwhelming and other days I feel more equipped to deal with it all. People who don't suffer from PTSD simply don't understand the strength it takes to make it through just one day. Some days are harder than others. I know that this will never happen, but I can pray and hope. Gentle hugs to everyone.
